We strive to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that items you receive will look precisely and exactly as they do in the images on our website.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies with product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without prior notice or consequence.
Product Usage
Customers should use the products strictly as per the usage guidelines provided on the website. The Maynard Collection is not liable for any adverse reactions or misuse of the product.
If you have any allergies that may be of concern to you when purchasing our products, it is your responsibility to contact us before purchasing so that we can advise you if our product contains any substance(s) that you are allergic to.
It is then your choice and your responsibility as to whether you proceed or do not proceed with purchasing or using our products at your own risk – we will not accept liability or issue you any compensation for allergic or adverse reactions to our products.
Returns & Refunds
Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product has arrived to you damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item.
Customers must contact us as soon as they are aware, to inform us that they have received a damaged item or the incorrect item.
If the item has arrived damaged, in order for us to approve and accept your refund you will need to contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, email address, photos and videos that prove that the item was in a damaged state when it arrived to you. We may request date / time stamps on the photos, or proof that the packaging is damaged to evidence to us that the product arrived to you in a damaged state.
You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) that are damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely or we may be unable to accept your return.
Refund requests for damaged items will only be granted if they are accompanied by a video or picture as proof of damage at the time of delivery.
Outside of the circumstance of receiving a damaged or incorrect item we do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges. This means that if you dislike the product, change your mind, or no longer need it, you will not be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or replacement.
If you are unsure about whether you will like one of our products, we urge you to purchase a sample first.
Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, product designs, fragrance combinations and trademarks related to The Maynard Collection are our exclusive property and cannot be used or reproduced without our explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Maynard Collections liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
Privacy
Any personal data provided to us by you to process and manage your order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on location and other uncontrollable factors.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our products after changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
